1. Return / Exchange Eligibility
We offer size exchange or replacement only under the following conditions:
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
✅ All original tags and packaging are intact
✅ Request is raised within 5 days of delivery
❌ We do not accept returns for refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect
❌ Used, washed, altered, or stained products are not eligible
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Innerwear / intimate wear
- Shapewear
- Nightwear once tried or used
- Customized or altered products
- Products bought during clearance or sale
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Order ID
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Process
- Exchanges are allowed only once per order
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (unless the issue is from our side)
- Replacement will be dispatched after quality inspection of the returned item
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Product out of stock after order confirmation
- Order canceled before dispatch
- Verified damaged or incorrect product
Refund timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future order restrictions
7. Important Notes
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects
- Size issues should be checked using our size chart before ordering
- BumpBerry reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet policy conditions
